HATHA YOGA

is a powerful system of yogic techniques that helps us center and balance our lives in a way that keeps us naturally happy, healthy and emotionally stable.

 

A carefully selected set of asana postures is practiced in order to stretch the physical body. This sequence of asanas opens and cleanses the seven chakras (life energy centers) that regulate our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being.

 

While hatha yogic postures are practiced to strengthen the physical body, pranayama breathing techniques, meditation and mantras are also an essential part of this complete yogic system.

 

These techniques work simultaneously in order to purify and energize the chakras and balance the subtle prana energies. As a result, the effects of Transformational Yoga practice are felt immediately and are carried over into your everyday life bringing equilibrium and serenity into the physical body, emotions, mind, and soul.

Transformational Yoga is an integral approach to physical health, emotional balance, and mental and spiritual clarity founded and created by Swami Vidyanand, a renowned yoga master.

LOCATION

Florence is the capital city of the Italian region of Tuscany and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1982.

 

Due to Florence's artistic and architectural heritage, it has been ranked by Forbes as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and the city is noted for its history, culture, Renaissance art and architecture and monuments.

The city also contains numerous museums and art galleries, such as the Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Palazzo Strozzi, amongst others, and still exerts an important influence in the fields of art, culture, cuisine, fashion and politics.

 

The training is centrally located in the area of San Frediano, just 3 min from Porta Romana. A beautiful, lively and authentic Florentine neighborhood next to the Boboli garden and walking distance from the center.

ACCOMODATION

We want to be sure the teacher-training program is accessible to everyone and have therefore decided not to include accommodation in the overall package of the training. There are many different options nearby and we are happy to share and recommend some selected places we know.

Payment & Policy

 

200h CERTIFIED TRAINING IN

TRANSFORMATIONAL HATHA YOGA

  • € 1.600 per person

  • € 1.500 per person early-bird booking (3 month in advance)

 

The price includes:

  • Coverage of 200h teacher training syllabus as listed above

  • 200-hour certificate from Yoga Alliance International

  • Transformational Yoga handbook, teacher training manual and journal

  • Personal one to one training and guidance from certified instructors

 

Payment Policy

 

For all Yoga teacher-training programs a € 500 deposit is required upon booking to secure your place. The balance is due on arrival.

 

Payments can be made by bank transfer to the account indicated in your reservation confirmation email.

 

Cancellation and Postponement

 

Due to the advanced planning of our programs at various locations and small batch sizes, the following policy is applied: 

 

Cancellations received 30 days or more: 50% of your deposit is refunded.

Cancellations received less than 30 days before the arrival date: deposits paid are non-refundable, but may be applied in part to another teacher training or retreat (see below).

 

If you wish to change your program to a later date, there is a 100 Euros administration fee per reservation with an advance notice of 15 days. If less than 15 days, you would be charged 50% of the deposit to postpone.

 

​​In the unlikely event that one of our courses is cancelled you would be given at least one month notice and be entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any yoga course due to inadequate participation.  We are not responsible for any external expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled course including airline tickets, loss of work or any other costs associated in preparing for the trip. Purchasing travel insurance for your protection due to unforeseen occurrences is highly recommended.
